Ivy Wood Rabbitry Sales policy



 

  • All Rabbits are sold at 8 weeks old or older we do not sell rabbits younger then 8 weeks

  • All rabbits that leave our rabbitry are healthy to the best of my knowledge, we can not guartine the health of a rabbit after it leaves our care and therefore are not held responsible for anything that happens once the rabbit leaves our care

  • We require a 20 dollar non refundable deposit on any rabbit we sell the deposit is worked into the price of the rabbit (deposits are returned if I cancel the sale)

  • Our rabbits are priced according to quality and color these prices are based off of the ARBA standard for their breeds. Not every rabbit will be the same price.

  • We will hold a rabbit for 24 hours after our scheduled pick-up day if you fail to pick the rabbit up by then you forfeit your deposit and the rabbit will be sold to someone else unless other arrangements have been previously made

  • We don't sell to anyone under the age of 18 without a parents permission, we are more than happy to help anyone as long as a parent is aware of the sale and is present at time of pick-up

  • All sales are final. No refunds, replacements, or exchanges

  • I reserve the right to refuse or terminate a sale at anytime during the sales process without warning or explanation 

  • Rabbits are sold on a first come first serve basis, I will not hold a rabbit without a deposit

  • If you chose to terminate the sale for any reason then your deposit/payment is not refund

  • I accept cash on day of pickup and I accept cash app or paypal for deposits

  • All rabbits sold will be tattooed according to my current system and must retain their tattoo as it is applied to me 

  • Rabbits sold as “pet” quality do not come with a pedigree and will have a small symbol tattooed in their ear to prevent them from being shown

  • We under no circumstances sell any rabbit for food for animals or humans. If I believe that any rabbit will be used as food I will cancel the sale and no refund will be made, you will also be placed on a do not sell list and I will not do future business with you.

  • If the rabbit has been named prior to or during the time of sale, that name will remain the rabbit's formal name ( that will be the name that shows up on the pedigree; you are free to call the rabbit whatever you want to.)

  • Upon certain circumstances I can meet the buyer at a location of my choice, an additional gas charge may be applied.
